By using the RelayProp website or SMS service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. SMS program description
RelayProp sends account notifications, rent reminders, and maintenance updates to residents and property managers who have opted in. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of your lease.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity — for example, rent cycle reminders and maintenance ticket updates. You may receive several messages per month.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan; contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@getrelayprop.com.
6. Carrier disclaimers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
7. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Notify us immediately if your number changes.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use RelayProp for unlawful, abusive, or harassing messages, or to send unsolicited marketing through our platform.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayProp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on message delivery.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
