Mobile information & SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

We collect the information you give us directly: your full name, mobile phone number, email address, property or unit details, and the content of messages you send us. We also collect basic technical data such as device type and log information when you use our website.
2. How we use your information
- Send account notifications, rent reminders, and maintenance updates by SMS.
- Respond to support requests and maintenance issues.
- Operate, secure, and improve the RelayProp service.
- Comply with legal, tax, and carrier-compliance obligations.
3. SMS program and consent
You opt in to SMS messaging by checking the consent box on our signup form or by texting us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not delete your account.
4. Sharing of information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate RelayProp (for example, our SMS delivery provider and hosting vendors), with your property manager or landlord as required to deliver the service, or when required by law. We never sell your personal information.
5. Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and compliance requirements, including records of SMS consent. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews to protect your data.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw SMS consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Children's privacy
RelayProp is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
